Refunds

It is possible to ask for a refund if :

˚₊‧꒰ა ☆ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚Attention ! Pre-orders or custom products cannot be canceled or returned.

Shipping

All orders are standard shipped without tracking code.

If you'd like you can purchase a t&t code at additional costs.

When an order is lost during shipping & tracking code isn't purchased we sadly cannot held responsible for any resulting damages or losses.

We try to ship out orders within 2 work days, pre-orders and customized orders can take a little longer up to 4 weeks.
